- Payment for E-mail, Webcam, and phone bookings to made via paypal no later than 24 hours (maximum) prior to their reading to secure their booking. Any arranged booking not paid by the time scale will be cancelled without any notification.
- Payment for one on one, and parties (4 people per party minimum - 10 people per party maximum) done in person can be paid on arrival (see personal reading page for price listings).
Q. How much does the website cost to use?
A. The website is free of charge to use (Excluding standard mobile network charges), everything featured on the website is also free of charge, unless stated otherwise.
Q. How do i book a reading?
A. Contact Kelvin via Phone call, voice message, email, or SMS providing information of who you are, how you wish to receive your reading (ie. email, phone, ect), and your contact number or email address.
Kelvin will then contact you with a date & time (you can request request a preferred date &time (Will have to be after 6pm Mon-Fri), booking over a phone call will be arranged there and then.
NOTE: Readings requested via E-Mail (kelvin.voicefromabove@gmail.com) require a clear facial photo sent along with reading request.
Readings done via Webcam are done through Kelvin.voicefromabove@live.co.uk so you may want to connect with that email upon Webcam requested readings.
Q. What can i expect from a reading?
A. During your reading, kelvin will speak to you then ask (numerous times during your reading) if you understand what he is saying or if it makes sense to you, you only need answer YES or NO (YES you/it DO/DOES, or NO you/it DON'T/DOESN'T), if you don't understand, that's fine, just say you don't and kelvin will ask for more information from the spirit world.
You explain nothing, and say nothing other than yes or no.
Q. How long does a reading last
A. There is no set length of time for a reading, each individuals reading will take however long they take
(Set prices stay at the same rate no matter how long a reading takes.)
